CNC Delrin Helical Main Gear 136T 0.5M (for MH Gear system series)

The CNC Delrin Helical Main Gear 136T 0.5M is specifically designed for improvements in stability, durability and overall performance on the Blade 300 X helicopter.

The Helical Main Gear 136T 0.5M is CNC machined from Delrin material. It is directly replaced straight main gear and used for the Microheli Gear System series and MH-300X072X. With proper helical pinion design, the CNC Delrin Helical Main Gear 136T 0.5M brings more silent operation, strength and efficiency than the straight main gear; because it is diagonally positioned, the teeth in a helical gear train engage a little at a time rather than the entire face at once. In addition, the angled teeth also engage more gradually than do spur gear teeth, making them smoother and quieter, and at the same time producing axial thrust on the shaft for much more strength.
